Heat Transfer Cement "HTC Type"

Thermal conductive cement is a paste-like cement primarily composed of high-purity graphite.

Thermal conductive cement is a paste-like, non-metallic, inorganic cement primarily composed of high-purity graphite, which has high thermal conductivity. It is used as a thermal conductive material when attaching steam jacket pipes or electric heaters to process pipes, such as wrapping the heater around the pipe for heating, or when installing on flat surfaces, where normally there would be line contact. However, applying thermal conductive cement to the heater section improves thermal conductivity. Cans are available in sizes of 1kg, 5kg, and 30kg. Heat Transfer Cement "HT Series"

Create a heat transfer pathway and maintain good heat transfer! It is primarily composed of high-purity graphite.

We would like to introduce our thermal conductive cement, the "HT Series." Thermal conductive cement is a paste-like material primarily composed of high-purity graphite, featuring high thermal conductivity. It is typically used as a heat transfer material when attaching steam jacketed pipes or electric heaters to process pipes. Depending on the type, it can either harden after application or maintain plasticity, but in either case, it forms a seamless, complete heat transfer pathway. 【Product Lineup】 ■HT-60HA ■HT-60SA ■HT-N110 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

High-temperature water-soluble thermal conductive cement T-99

It is a special high-temperature thermal conductive cement that exhibits high thermal stability and excellent adhesive strength in environments up to 1000°C.

T-99 is a special high-temperature thermal conductive cement that exhibits high thermal stability and excellent adhesion strength in environments up to 1000°C. Unlike other grades of thermal conductive cement, it is also non-conductive. It is provided in a ready-to-use state and can be applied to fill TFK channels using a trowel. T-99 withstands thermal and mechanical shock, providing efficient thermal conductivity with excellent adhesion. 【Features】 ■ Usable continuously at 1000°C ■ No electrical conductivity ■ Minimal mass change after drying ■ Avoids thermal shrinkage due to excellent adhesion ■ Excellent workability due to fine particles ■ Water-soluble ■ High impact resistance when exposed to long-term thermal cycles *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Water-soluble thermal conductive cement T-3

Thermal conductive cement for high allowable temperatures and when high temperature retention is required.

T-3 thermal conductive cement efficiently removes air and conducts heat from the tracer by being applied between steam/electric heaters and process piping/equipment. A single salmon steam tracer using thermal conductive cement is more cost-effective than exterior materials using dedicated fasteners and demonstrates performance equivalent to three or more tracers. T-3 is used for applications with a maximum operating temperature of up to 371°C. To minimize waste and expedite installation, please use the salmon channel trace system with TFK channels. The channel trace system provides protection before thermal insulation installation. No special curing procedures are required for T-3 thermal conductive cement when using TFK channels. 【Features】 ■ Effective heat conduction of the tracer ■ The thermal conductive cement does not dissolve in water after drying. (However, it is not waterproof.) ■ Reduced construction time and economic benefits, along with weather protection, when using TFK channels. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Epoxy resin-based thermal conductive cement T-85

Heat-conducting cement for low to medium temperature environments where high humidity and corrosion are a concern!

Heat transfer cement T-85 is suitable for medium to low temperature ranges and can be used in environments where high humidity and corrosion are concerns. By applying heat transfer cement between the tracer and the equipment, air is removed, allowing for efficient heat conduction from the tracer. A single trace using T-85 is equivalent to 3 to 5 bare traces without it. The maximum operating temperature is 190°C, making it suitable for installation around valves and equipment within this range. It is sold in cartridges containing 1/10 gallon, allowing for quick and efficient application. 【Features】 ■ Non-water soluble ■ No curing required ■ Strong adhesion due to resin-based composition ■ Resistant to moisture and corrosion ■ Easy application with cartridges *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
